Lessons & attendance
A missed lesson is still charged for. We do not offer refunds or make-up lessons for missed sessions.
Commitment & consistency
Regular attendance helps your child make the most progress. We encourage every student to attend every session.

7 Terms & conditions
A place at Pakroots Academy is confirmed on submission of this form and payment of the registration fee, which is non-refundable.
Fees are payable in advance and must be paid on time to secure your child’s place.
We require at least 4 weeks’ written notice if you wish to withdraw your child from the academy.
Pakroots Academy is not responsible for children outside class hours.
Parents and guardians must ensure their child is collected on time at the end of each session.
Please tell us about any change to medical or emergency contact details immediately.
Pakroots Academy may change class schedules, teachers or activities if required.
By enrolling, you agree to our rules and to the academy’s values and policies.
